EZ Cell TrapperTM for live cell imaging
What is the EZ Cell TrapperTM ?
- Hydrogel Matrix : Swelling after liquid media application for cell separation or isolation.
- Hundreds of microwell patterns on the bottom of the hydrogel matrix.
- The conventional 96 well plate can be used for High-content screening (HCS) or high-content analysis (HCA).
- Stress-free live cell immobilization.
- Economical price (Cheaper than microfluidic devices).
- No need of an extra device.

MIC determination in 3~4 hours against Escherichia coli (E. coli ) ATCC 25922 and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus ) ATCC 29213 by analyzing bacterial size and number under different concentrations of two antibiotics, ampicillin and chloramphenicol. - The MIC values of E. coli ATCC 25922 against ampicillin and chloramphenicol are 4 μg/ml and 8 μg/ml, respectively. - The MIC values of S. aureus ATCC 29213 against ampicillin and chloramphenicol are 2 μg/ml and 4 μg/ml, respectively. - The MIC values are all in the ranges of the Clinical Laboratory Standard Institute. - 6~7 times faster (3~4 hours) & accurate results than those of conventional methods (24 hours). |
